Voice Synchronization Solution
We try our best to avoid the problem of voice sync. However, as this is a free site, the videos are uploaded on free video hosting sites. This some times leads to voice sync problems.
Here is a simple way to counter this problem:
1. If audio is ahead of the video:
Open another window or tab of the same video and make sure both the windows (of the same video) are at the same position. Now move the position of the newly opened video a little backward so that the audio of the newly opened video is in sync with the video of the previous window. Now mute the audio of the first window. Now play both the videos!
2. If Video is ahead of audio:
Open another window or tab of the same video and make sure both the windows (of the same video) are at the same position. Now move the position of the newly opened video a little forward so that the audio of the newly opened video is in sync with the video of the previous window. Now mute the audio of the first window. Now play both the videos!
I know this takes time and you feel lazy to do this. To feel more comfortable, download the videos using megavideo downloader posted on the side tab on the top and open two media player windows and follow the same trick!

Oh God, bas yahi bacha tha! Obama and Chiru are as different as chalk and cheese. Where is O, with his magna cum laude Harward law degree, teaching & law career, a ton of community service hours and an impeccable personal and political record and Chiru with a string of bad mass movies, absolute cluelessness of social issues and zero political track record? If he's got the backing of countless masses in A.P, good for him. But it's absolutely mindless to compare the two. And people, please, it doesn't matter if he's kamma, kaapu, mala, madiga or whatever. My point here is- don't try to cash in on the latest political trends by clinging to shreds of similarities.
